Flat renovation - Trinec, Czechia

This was my first remote project, involving a 1300-kilometer distance between the project's conception site and its implementation location. Remote collaboration poses unique challenges for a designer: site visits become impractical, material sampling is complicated due to significant variations in availability across regions, and working remotely with the renovation team can reveal differences in methodology compared to practices in the Netherlands. The project required planning a complete renovation of the unit, with a key focus on maximizing storage space. To assist the client in choosing the best solution, numerous conceptual drawings were developed to explore a variety of options.
